The SageBrightness ? is a series of extremely sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent substrates for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots, which adopts unique ECL substrate system and deeply optimized the key elements.
The substrates'high-stability and low-back ground enable detection of picogram to femtogram amounts of antigen.
The sensitivity, intensity and duration of the signal allow for easy detection of HRP using photographic or other imaging methods.
